A lithium battery built around your mini excavator
Every electric mini excavator has its own battery compartment, system voltage and duty cycle. Polinovel designs each mini excavator battery around the machine it will power, so you are not left adapting the machine to the battery. You set the voltage, capacity and case dimensions, and our engineers match the connectors, enclosure rating and BMS communication to your controller and charger.
The cells are lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), which means no watering and no equalization charging as with lead-acid. Whether you are developing a new electric model or sourcing batteries for the machines you sell and service, the options below show what can be configured, and the checklist further down tells you what to send for a quote.

A case made to fit your battery compartment
Send us the compartment drawing and we build the case to its length, width, height and shape in SPCC steel plate or stainless steel. Connectors are fitted to suit your machine, with M8, Anderson, REMA and aviation types among the options.
A BMS that talks to your controller
CANbus or RS485 links the battery management system to the excavator's controller and charger, and we customize the communication protocol for your equipment. Bluetooth and GPRS are available when you want to check battery status remotely, and a power switch or emergency stop button can be added.
Protection for wet and dusty job sites
Choose an IP54, IP65 or IP67 enclosure to suit how exposed the machine is to water and dust. For machines that work through the winter, self-heating technology can be added for cold weather.
LiFePO4 cells with a long working life
Our batteries use LiFePO4 cells, offer a cycle life of 4,000+ and come with a 5-year warranty. Unlike lead-acid, they need no watering, cleaning or equalization charges, so your operators and service team have one less job to schedule.

Polinovel is a lithium battery manufacturer and supplier based in China, operated by Shenzhen Polinovel Tech Co., Ltd since 2012. Research, design and production are handled in house, from our Shenzhen headquarters and our factory bases in Huizhou and Jiangxi. That matters when a power source has to be engineered into a machine and not simply shipped to it, because the engineers who design your pack and the lines that build it belong to the same company.
If you sell machines under your own name, we supply OEM excavator batteries in your branding. The housing color, the logo label or silk-printing, the carton and the printed manual can all be customized, so each unit arrives ready for your product line. Dealers and distributors buying wholesale are served direct from the factory in the same way.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Can Polinovel build a lithium battery for my mini excavator model?
We design the pack around the machine, so the starting point is your excavator's brand and model, its system voltage, your capacity target and the compartment dimensions. Voltages from 24V to 144V and capacities from 80Ah to 800Ah are available, and our engineers confirm the fit during quotation.
Which voltage and capacity should an excavator battery pack have?
The voltage follows the machine's electrical system, and the capacity follows how long the machine needs to run between charges. Energy is voltage multiplied by capacity, so a 48V 300Ah pack stores 14.4kWh. We offer 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V, 80V, 96V, 120V and 144V, with capacities from 80Ah to 800Ah.
Will the battery communicate with my excavator's controller and charger?
The battery can be supplied with CANbus or RS485 communication, with Bluetooth and GPRS as further options, and we customize the protocol for your equipment. Send us the protocol document, or the controller and charger models, so compatibility can be checked before anything is built.
Is this a replacement starter battery for a diesel mini digger?
No. This page covers traction batteries, which supply the main power for battery-electric machines. A 12V starter battery for a diesel mini digger is a different product, and a parts dealer is the right place to find one.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time for wholesale orders?
We do not publish a fixed MOQ or lead time. We supply business buyers only, so we are unable to help with personal or single-unit home requests. Tell us your prototype quantity, your expected annual volume and your target delivery date, and we will quote against them.
What warranty and documents come with the battery?
These batteries are listed with a 5-year warranty, and you should ask for the written terms with your quotation. Certificates and test reports apply to specific products and markets, so tell us the destination country and the standards your machine must meet. For transport, each pack is packaged and insulated to UN3480 regulations.
